Position Overview
Post job openings and source candidates on platforms like AVAHR/Indeed and other channels Reach out to and engage passive candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Present qualified candidates to the hiring team. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
Compensation
- Key Responsibilities Partner with site managers to identify and understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill open positions efficiently.
- Post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Support additional HR functions and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience (required).
- Experience working closely with hiring managers or site managers.
- Proficiency with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
