Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta is excited to announce a career opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. This pivotal role is ideal for someone with a strong background in human resources, seeking to further their career within a progressive and ethical company. The position is Full-Time and based in our Marietta office, as it is not eligible for remote work.

The HR Manager will serve as an integral part of our team, driving the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. They will play a key role in staffing, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance with applicable employment laws.

Key Requirements  and Skills

   Employee records(Are personnel files complete, accurate, and stored correctly?) Payroll & tax records(Are wages, tax forms, and pay practices correct and legally compliant?) Hiring & eligibility verification(I-9 forms, E-Verify, new hire reporting done properly and on time) Worker classification(Are people correctly classified as employees vs. contractors?) Workplace safety & OSHA rules(Are safety logs, training, and chemical handling compliant?) Benefits & medical privacy(HIPAA, ACA, and leave laws like FMLA followed properly) Posters & legal notices(Are required workplace notices displayed and updated?) Policies & documentation(Handbook, background checks, termination processes all legally sound.

This is a 6 weeks project that starts asap. 

Week 1- 6 Detailed written report all findings, gaps, and risk levels by area.

Week 1-6 Color-coded action plan raking items by leagal risks form high, medium/low.

Week 1-6  List of all i-9 errors found and corrected with amendment documentation.

Week 3-5 Revised Files organization systems.

Week 3-5 Update Document Retention Schedule.

Week 3-5 training Needs Assessment.

Week 5-6 Executive Summary Presentation.
