The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned facilities. This role ensures that buildings are clean, safe, and well-maintained according to company standards and client requirements.
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and doors as assigned
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and client rules
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude on site
