The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned facilities. This role ensures that buildings are clean, safe, and well-maintained according to company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and doors as assigned

• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors

• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and client rules

• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude on site
