What You’ll DoLead Operations with Confidence
Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure top-tier service
Ensure scopes of work, schedules, and checklists are executed flawlessly
Respond calmly and effectively to urgent issues and service escalations
Build and Lead Strong Teams
Supervise, coach, and support site supervisors and frontline staff
Ensure proper staffing, attendance, and shift coverage
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Enforce company policies, dress code, and attendance standards
Master Scheduling & Workforce Management
Create and manage schedules across multiple sites and shifts
Oversee timekeeping, payroll submission, and labor cost controls
Coordinate coverage for absences, vacancies, and special requests
Champion Safety, Quality & Compliance
Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety protocols
Lead safety meetings and enforce proper equipment and chemical use
Train employees on site-specific and safety requirements
Be the Face of Service Excellence
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Address concerns and requests professionally and promptly
Build strong relationships that support long-term contract success
Manage Inventory & Equipment
Monitor supplies and equipment across locations
Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and replacement
Control usage and minimize waste
Report, Track, Improve
Complete inspections, incident reports, and documentation
Track KPIs such as quality scores, attendance, and client satisfaction
Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership
Who You Are A natural leader with 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in cleaning, facilities, or service-based environments
Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable managing teams across multiple locations
Mechanically inclined and experienced using tools and equipment
Flexible and willing to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed
Bilingual (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Bonus points if you have experience with pressure washing, flooring care, or painting.
The Physical Side of the Role Daily travel between multiple sites
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–40 lbs
Comfortable working in active cleaning environments
Criminal background check required for certain client locations
