This position is not eligible for remote work and requires a presence in our Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with department heads to determine the needs of the business and devise effective recruitment strategies. This position demands a proactive, innovative, and highly organized individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company and attract potential candidates.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Manage recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Offer guidance to potential candidates on pay negotiations, benefit programs, and company culture.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruitment practices.
