Responsibilities Post job openings on Indeed and other platforms

Review resumes and applications

Contact candidates by phone, text, or email

Schedule interviews

Assist with onboarding new hires

Update hiring records and reports

Communicate clearly with candidates and team members

Requirements Strong communication skills

Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, job platforms)

Organized and reliable

Comfortable talking to candidates by phone

Recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required

Training will be provided
