Responsibilities Manage and oversee the hiring process from start to finish
Create and post job ads on platforms like Indeed
Review resumes and select qualified candidates
Schedule and conduct interviews
Train and support recruiters or hiring staff
Work closely with management to understand hiring needs
Track hiring results and improve recruiting strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using online tools (Indeed, email, spreadsheets, ATS)
Leadership or management experience is a plus
