Position Title:Sales Representative & On-Call Cleaner

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Office-based)

Compensation:$14.00 per hour

Overview

This is a hybrid position designed for a motivated individual who will primarily work in the Sales Department but remain available as on-call support for cleaning projects when needed. The position requires flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude to assist both office and field operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales (Office-based):

• Work from the office from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

• Assist with lead generation, follow-up calls, and client communication.

• Support proposal preparation, bids, and contract documentation.

• Maintain CRM records, schedule client appointments, and manage basic office tasks.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

On-Call Cleaning (Field-based):

• Remain available to assist cleaning teams when backup staff are required.

• Perform cleaning duties according to project needs, including deep cleaning, janitorial, or pressure washing tasks as instructed.

• Respond promptly to on-call requests and report to assigned sites as scheduled.

• Ensure professional conduct, safety compliance, and quality standards in all field activities.

Work Hour Completion

Although the regular office schedule is from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the employee may be offered opportunities to complete up to8 total working hours per dayby performing cleaning duties in the afternoon or evening shifts when such work is available. This arrangement allows the employee to reach a full-time workload when operationally possible.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory).

• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed for field support.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle cleaning equipment safely.

• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and professionalism.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or cleaning services is a plus.
