We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. You will also play a key role in helping build a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Be open to supporting various administrative and office-related tasks as needed
