We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about creating a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (e.g. HRIS)
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Support payroll and benefits administration by liaising with finance and external vendors
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
Coordinate and schedule interviews, training sessions, and HR meetings
Help ensure HR compliance with internal policies and labor laws
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Be open to supporting various tasks in the office
