Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at multiple sites within the region ensuring efficient management and service delivery.
- Monitor site compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide support and guidance to site managers and teams.
- Address any issues or anomalies in service provision promptly to minimize impact on operations and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and practices that enhance service efficiency and quality across all sites.
- Manage and coordinate staff training programs to ensure all team members are at peak performance standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, including staff performance and site conditions, accompanied by photographic evidence to support claims.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and upper management, ensuring all parties are informed of important developments and decisions.
- Analyze operational challenges and strategically apply critical thinking to develop viable solutions.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and resolve any concerns to maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels.
