Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations at multiple sites within the region ensuring efficient management and service delivery.
  • Monitor site compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide support and guidance to site managers and teams.
  • Address any issues or anomalies in service provision promptly to minimize impact on operations and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and practices that enhance service efficiency and quality across all sites.
  • Manage and coordinate staff training programs to ensure all team members are at peak performance standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, including staff performance and site conditions, accompanied by photographic evidence to support claims.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and upper management, ensuring all parties are informed of important developments and decisions.
  • Analyze operational challenges and strategically apply critical thinking to develop viable solutions.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and resolve any concerns to maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and sites with a keen attention to detail.

  • Commitment to uphold and enforce strict health and safety standards.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as this role requires frequent travel to various sites within the region.
