It is not a remote job, requiring the successful candidate to be actively engaged in the field, overseeing the daily operations of our various locations.
The Site Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that all operational aspects of the job are executed efficiently. They will have direct oversight of sanitation teams, manage site logistics, and ensure compliance with health regulations, thus playing a critical role in the success of our company’s commitment to providing premier disinfection solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate activities at multiple job locations across Atlanta.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are met.
- Manage scheduling of work shifts and assignment of tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are adequately stocked, stored, and maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that all cleaning and safety protocols are being properly implemented.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the course of operations.
- Maintain communication with upper management regarding site status, including any challenges or needs that develop.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, site activities, and resource usage.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Facility Manager, or similar role with a focus on facility maintenance and operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
- Must have experience in pressure washing and general handyman capabilities.
- Facility maintenance experience is highly preferred.
- Must possess reliable transportation.
- Ability to monitor sites diligently, ensuring employees are performing their assigned tasks effectively and safely.
- Capable of managing supply levels and making appropriate orders or recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills for daily reporting and handling of operational challenges.
