About the Role

We are expanding and seeking a high-energy, emotionally intelligent Sales Consultant (Art Director) who thrives in luxury sales. You’ll guide clients through a warm, meaningful selection experience, helping them choose the right portraits, finishes, and sizes — with pre-scheduled, qualified appointments (no cold calling!).

Your Day-to-Day

• Meet with clients for guided portrait selection (appointments are 45–60 minutes)

• Present sizing, finishes, and framing options in a consultative style

• Sell confidently from a proven script with high emotional intelligence

• Achieve a 100% close rate — no follow-up calls required

• Collaborate with team and participate in weekly sales trainings

 Availability on Saturdays is required
