About the Role

We’re hiring a Telephone Sales Representative to be the voice of our brand — someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, understands the power of listening, and confidently guides warm leads into scheduled portrait sessions.

This is not cold calling — you’ll be working with high-interest prospects who are already excited about what we offer. Your ability to build rapport, uncover needs, and match our offerings to their dreams is what will make you — and them — successful.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Outbound calling to warm, high-interest leads

• Taking inbound calls and guiding clients to schedule sessions

• Building rapport with clients and understanding their stories

• Listening with empathy and purpose to align their needs with our offerings

• Managing appointments using CRM and scheduling software

• Meeting or exceeding KPIs (e.g., converting 70%+ of warm leads to bookings)

How You’ll Succeed

• Have proven phone sales experience and a strong closing track record

• Can turn conversations into connections and conversions

Ideal Candidate Has:

• At least 1–3 years of telephone sales or appointment setting experience

• Comfort handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Tech proficiency with scheduling tools or CRMs (Salesforce, Acuity, etc.)

• The ability to work Tuesday–Saturday on a full-time or part-time schedule
