Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | Flexible full-time & part-time shifts available

At Butler Portraits, a luxury portrait studio with 50 years of success, we’re looking for a dynamic, upbeat, and driven telephone sales consultant who can turn conversations into booked appointments and delighted clients.

⭐ What You'll Be Doing:

- Making outbound calls to warm, high-interest leads—no cold calling

- Taking inbound calls and guiding clients through next steps

- Building authentic rapport with clients while keeping our calendar full

- Listening with empathy to discover client goals and aligning our portrait offerings as the perfect solution

- Using scheduling and CRM software efficiently and accurately

- Working toward personal goals and team sales targets

- Has proven phone sales experience and knows how to close

- Is naturally warm, engaging, and positive—your smile is heard through the phone!

- Is organized, independent, and tech-savvy enough to work with modern software
