The Role:

We’re hiring a full-time Professional Studio Portrait Photographer who can confidently deliver exquisite, emotionally resonant portraits while connecting effortlessly with clients. The right person will be outgoing, caring, highly competent, confident, and delightfully humorous — someone who brings energy and warmth into every session.

You must have a strong sense of composition and studio lighting, and be able to direct individuals and families of all ages with ease and professionalism. You’ll work alongside our team of artists and luxury sales professionals to ensure a top-tier client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph clients in our lakefront luxury studio using expert techniques and equipment

• Compose high-end, timeless portraits with precision and artistic sensitivity

• Give confident, professional direction in a way that feels warm, natural, and fun

• Keep sessions lighthearted while making clients feel genuinely cared for

• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to create heirloom-quality portrait artwork

• Maintain an emotionally intelligent, service-first attitude in every client interaction

• 3+ years experience in professional studio portrait photography

• Deep understanding of lighting, posing, and composition techniques
