About the role
You’ll own social media and organic content that grows our presence online, from social channels to blogs and SEO-driven website content. You’ll create and design assets, ship consistently, and partner closely with marketing teammates. This seat is for someone who moves without waiting for a perfect brief, treats “no box” as the default, and still plays well on a small team.
What you’ll do
Plan, create, and publish social content across our primary channels
Write and optimize organic website content (blogs, landing support, SEO pages)
Design graphics and visual assets for social and web
Own a content calendar and track what performs
Apply practical SEO (keywords, structure, internal linking, meta) so organic work compounds
Collaborate with marketing teammates on campaigns, launches, and brand voice
Flag ideas early and own follow-through from draft to live
What you’ll bring
1–3 years hands-on social media and organic content experience (portfolio or live examples required)
Strong writing for web and social, with clear judgment on brand voice and on-tone, healthcare-appropriate, and consistent across channels
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (at minimum Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; Premiere or Express a plus) for graphics and content assets
3-5 years graphic design experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Ability to provide a compelling portfolio that shows strong design and storytelling skills
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, plus a keyword/research platform such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar)
Experience with social publishing / scheduling tools (native schedulers and/or a platform such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later)
Ability to post and schedule content on multiple platforms at full scale
Working SEO knowledge and comfort iterating from performance data
Self-directed, high ownership, motivated; comfortable in ambiguity
Team player who communicates clearly and meets deadlines
Nice to have
Healthcare, telehealth, or regulated-industry content experience
Video / short-form editing; light CMS experience
Familiarity with analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, native social insights)
Canva in addition to Adobe when speed matters
Ability to understand and use AI tools where needed
