As we expand nationally, we’re looking for a Director of Marketing who is both a strategic leader and hands-on operator—someone who can build high-performing campaigns, optimize funnels, and advise leadership on growth opportunities.

Your Impact
As our Director of Marketing, you will lead our demand-generation efforts with a focus on inbound customer acquisition and engagement with current clients. You’ll manage the complete marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion—and ensure we are investing in the right channels to drive sustainable growth. You will spearhead effective engagement techniques with our existing employer clients to help them optimize their employees' healthcare journeys and achieve cost savings through utilizing our company's full compliment of services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Build the marketing roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on budgets, channels, and growth initiatives.
Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
Manage and direct team resources.
Achieve new product success through pre-launch and launch marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Execution
Plan and manage paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, email, content marketing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Build high-converting landing pages and patient education content.
Execute A/B tests, track funnel performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency.
Brand & Content
Develop clear, compelling messaging for patient audiences.
Oversee content strategy including blog, video, email, and social content.
Strengthen our presence within the digital health and clinical services space.
What You Bring
7–12+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in digital health, healthcare, medical services, or other translatable industries.
Track record of driving inbound leads with measurable ROI.
Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Strong blend of strategy, execution, creativity, and analytical rigor.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
