We are a National Telemedicine Provider looking for licensed mental health professionals as telemedicine providers to support remote employees needing mental health . All state licensure welcome to apply with multiple licensures preferred, but not required. Higher consideration will be given to providers with multiple licenses prioritizing the following States:

• Washington
• Washington D.C.

Who you are: 

• Hold an active license in good standing;
• Minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience;
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care;
• Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening;
• Strong verbal and written communication;
• Knowledgeable in crisis response;
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment;
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, proprietary EMR, etc.); 
• Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality access to care;

• Participate in monthly calls to provide feedback and answer your questions;
