As a General Dentist at I Love My Dentist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our patients' oral health. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial patient consultations and periodic exams to assess and diagnose dental conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, emphasizing preventive care and oral health maintenance.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations.
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed patient records to track treatments and outcomes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations to provide safe care at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental procedures and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care and smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment options and preventive care strategies.
  • Provide emergency dental services when necessary.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental awareness and the importance of oral health.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license (or eligibility) to practice dentistry.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic and treatment protocols for a wide range of dental conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of patient care and ethical professional conduct.
  • Continuing education in dental disciplines, proving dedication to professional growth.
