We’re looking for a front office team member who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. If you have a positive attitude, a hospitable personality, and a desire to grow within a practice that values whole-body wellness, we’d love to meet you!

There's a few requirements:

- Must love to work with people 

- Enjoy making everyone feel like a welcomed guest to our office

- Previous customer service experience preferred

You got this! We are willing to train the right people from zero to hero!

We are looking for four to 4.5 days a week (Mon- Thurs, with occasional half Fridays). We'll try to work around your schedule if needed .

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

- Schedule appointments for patients in person or on the telephone- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls

- Present treatment plans and follow up with patients.

- Verify and confirm dental insurance.

- Office tasks, scanning, filing documents, etc...

- Check in and check out patients as needed.

Other Qualifications That Would Be Preferred:

- Previous Dental office experience desirable but not essential.
