There's a few requirements:

- Must love to work with people (patients & with us- we work hard but we have fun together too!)

- Enjoy making everyone feel like a welcomed guest to our office

- Previous customer service experience preferred

We are looking for four to 4.5 days a week (Mon- Thurs, with occasional half Fridays). We'll try to work around your schedule if needed . Pay range is from $20 to $29 depending on what value you can bring to the team.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

- Schedule appointments for patients in person or on the telephone- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls

- Present treatment plans and follow up with patients.

- Verify and confirm dental insurance.

- Office tasks, scanning, filing documents, etc...

- Check in and check out patients as needed.

Other Qualifications That Would Be Preferred:

- Previous Dental office experience desirable but not essential

- Experience with Dentrix 

- Outstanding communication and organizational skills

- Must love to work with people

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Receptionist or previous customer service experience preferred

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Ability to multitask and prioritize

- Able to work independently, accurately and neatly
