Job Title: Crown & Bridge Supervisor (Dental Lab – Implants, 3Shape, XO CAD)

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Crown & Bridge Supervisor to lead our dental lab’s fixed prosthetics department. This role requires hands-on expertise in implant restorations, 3Shape, and XO CAD, along with strong leadership and production management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Crown & Bridge department
• Oversee fabrication of crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and implant-supported restorations
• Manage case flow, technician assignments, and production timelines
• Use 3Shape and XO CAD for digital design of fixed and implant cases
• Ensure all work meets quality, aesthetic, and functional standards
• Train and mentor technicians on analog and digital techniques
• Collaborate with dentists and internal teams to plan and execute complex cases
• Maintain supply inventory, lab protocols, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of dental lab experience, including Crown & Bridge and implant restorations
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead technician role
• Proficient in 3Shape and XO CAD design software
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows, implant systems, and digital design
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with full-arch implant cases (All-on-X)
• Familiarity with 3D printing and milling systems
• CDT certification or similar credentials
