Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback from clients and market research.
- Effectively communicate with customers in a retail setting to present products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, availability, and product use and safety information.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs and resolve complex issues which ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and sales environments, providing valuable feedback to the marketing and executive departments.
- Communicate with customers to generate sales leads, and follow up to ensure the acquisition and retention of customers.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
- Engage extensively in market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Manage and oversee various marketing campaigns in respects to planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven marketing consulting or similar relevant experience.
- Sales/customer service/marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Student mentality with a passion for learning and growth within the marketing sector.
