Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with customers in a retail setting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Present customers with products and services tailored to their needs to maximize sales opportunities and client retention.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customers’ questions about products, thus fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal departments to meet and exceed customer's needs and to streamline service delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to generate new sales leads and avenues for customer base expansion.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your sales and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective and individual goals, maintaining a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, contributing to the safe and ethical operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to solve problems and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Must display a 'student mentality' – eager to learn and grow personally and professionally.
  • Strong team player with the capability to navigate team dynamics and work collaboratively towards business goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
