As a Sales Representative at Skyline Consulting Associates, your main goal is to drive our strategic initiatives and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and a keen problem solver, eager to make a significant impact on our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with customers in a retail setting.
  • Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product specifications and usage.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Communicate with customers to generate sales leads.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction and retention levels are high and consistently achieve company targets for profitability.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional workshops to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends to support dynamic sales strategies.
  • Implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Report to the management on sales results and provide suggestions for the improvement.

Requirements

  • Sales/customer service/marketing experience is a plus.
  • Exhibits a student mentality with eagerness to learn from a variety of challenges and situations.
