Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pediatric Dental Associate who shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric and orthodontic team with strong clinical systems, dedicated assistants, and a loyal patient base.


Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, cleanings, preventive treatments, restorative and limited surgical procedures.

Provide compassionate care for children with special health care needs and behavioral considerations.

Collaborate with the orthodontic and myofunctional therapy teams to provide interdisciplinary care.

Educate parents and caregivers on oral health, growth, and prevention strategies.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and treatment plans.

Participate in office-wide team meetings, continuing education, and community outreach events.

Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.

Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.

Current (or eligible for) Maryland and/or District of Columbia dental license.

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD).

Current CPR/BLS and PALS certification preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
