Salary Range:  $90000 - $120000 year

You will participate and work with a team to deliver hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting patients, family members, and other community caregivers as they navigate the complexities of their journey.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent healthcare experience may be considered.
  • Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales or community relations, preferably within hospice or home health operations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to present information to diverse audiences.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrates high levels of empathy, assertiveness, and professional composure in stressful situations.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a daily schedule effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using mobile technology, CRM software, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
  • Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation for regular travel within the assigned territory
