The position is designed as a full-time role, based on-site within our retail partners in the Albuquerque- Rio Rancho area. Through this role, the successful candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of the business, ensuring a well-rounded experience. Duties and Responsibilities

• Begin with hands-on training at retail-oriented events, learning the intricacies of event execution and customer engagement.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers by addressing their needs and ensuring their experience aligns with our high standards.

• Drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer service to maintain customer retention.

• Advance into more complex aspects of our operations, including back-office functions such as training new associates, contributing to staff development initiatives.

• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

• Work closely with management to support and drive expansion efforts into new territories, understanding market dynamics and operational requirements.
