As a Retail Appointment Setter, you will be the face of our home improvement clients, engaging with potential customers in retail settings. Your role is key to creating a positive brand experience, fostering customer relationships, and driving interest in home improvement solutions. Using your strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer service, you will help build brand loyalty while generating leads for their sales team.
Appointment Setter Daily Duties:
Develop an understanding of our clients’ home improvement products and services.
Engage with customers at exciting in-store events, providing personalized information tailored to their needs.
Identify and qualify potential leads, setting appointments for sales representatives.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve and exceed daily and weekly goals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking with new people
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
