Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit
VNA Per Visit - $45
Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $32/hr
Premium add-ons:
- Same-Day / Urgent: +$15
- Weekend: +$20
- Holiday: +$30
"Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- Active PTA license (Ohio) + current BLS certification
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
- Minimum 1 year of clinical physical therapy assistant experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Prior home health experience
- Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR
- Experience working under PT supervision in a community or home-based setting
