VNA of Ohio is one of Northeast Ohio's most established home health agencies - 124 years strong, CHAP-accredited, and 4-star rated by CMS. We're building our PRN RN team and offering top-quartile per-visit pay with the flexibility to work on your terms.
Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit
SOC / ROC - $140-150
SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add-on) - $170
Recertification - $95
Revisit / RN 19 - $75
RN 18 Discharge - $80
Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $40/hr
Premium add-ons:
- Same-Day / Urgent: +$25
- Weekend: +$25
- Holiday: +$50
"Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- Active RN license (Ohio) + BLS
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within the service area
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
- OASIS experience strongly preferred
- Prior home health experience
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) or similar home health EMR
