[Confidential] Hospice Company, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced Hospice Sales Producer with a unique opportunity for ownership participation. This full-time position is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional seeking to maximize their impact in the hospice care field while also exploring potential ownership avenues. The role is based in Stafford/Houston and requires the candidate to be on-site, as it is not a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing and transferable hospice relationships within the community, including but not limited to SNFs, Memory Care facilities, IL/AL communities, physicians, and hospitals.
- Drive the sales process from plan to close; demonstrate outstanding sales and negotiation skills to handle objections and secure contractual agreements.
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost hospice awareness and acceptance within the local market.
- Lead presentations and discussions with healthcare professionals and community groups to promote hospice benefits and services.
- Analyze market data to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations along with professional standards.
- Collaborate with hospice care teams to understand patient needs and adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Exhibit an ownership mentality with responsibilities in operational tasks, recruitment, and team leadership.
- Set a positive organizational culture and demonstrate leadership that aligns with core values and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven and durable hospice relationships within the greater Stafford / Houston market.
- Compassion, drive to excel, and exceed expectations in a sales capacity within the health care sector.
- Significant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospice or related health care services.
- Strong demonstration of historical top performance in a sales role; consistent achievement of sales quotas and objectives.
- Strong operational knowledge and exposure to recruitment processes as a top performer in previous roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with health professionals and community leaders.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and attend professional gatherings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Licensure as required by the state of Texas for healthcare and marketing professionals.
- Prior experience fostering a team-oriented environment with an ownership mentality.
- Potential and readiness to assume partial or full ownership role contingent upon performance and business requirements.
