Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or related services.
- Proven experience as a Care Manager or relevant administrative healthcare role.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including OASIS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience with the operational and clinical aspects of patient care management.
- Evidence of continuous professional development in healthcare leadership and management.
