Who You Are

• Credentials: Active Ohio RN license (required). MBA or business degree (preferred).  
• Experience: 5+ years leading a Medicare-certified, for-profit home health agency, with P&L and budget mastery.  
• Skills: Expert in PDGM, OASIS, CMS benchmarks, and EMRs (Homecare Homebase a plus).  
• Leadership: You inspire with clarity, hold teams accountable, and thrive on results.
