What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and expertly craft a variety of pizzas according to our recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality every time.
• Stretch, toss, and shape dough with precision and speed.
• Efficiently and accurately apply sauces, cheeses, and a variety of toppings.
• Operate and manage pizza ovens to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of pizza ingredients.
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Maker in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, stretching, topping application, and oven operation.
• A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in preparing high-quality food.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while keeping things neat and organized.
