Salary Range:  $50000 - $60000 year

Empire Elite Marketing is an AT&T authorized retailer in the Fresno area and we are currently looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join our growing retail team as a Direct Marketing Specialist. We specialize in executing direct sales and marketing events that help our clients grow their brand awareness and customer base.

As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting everyday customers with technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Direct Marketing Specialist Daily Duties:

  • Work directly with customers at in-store events, representing our clients within our retail partners.

  • Engage with shoppers, share information about products, services, and promotions, and answer any questions customers may have.

  • Guide customers through the sales process, making product recommendations that meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and drive results.

  • Attend daily meetings to stay updated on the latest client and product information, and to continue improving your sales and marketing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

  • A positive, outgoing personality and ability to engage with a variety of people.
