Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in representing our clients and expanding their brand presence within retail environments. You’ll connect with customers, deliver exceptional service, and gain firsthand experience in sales, marketing, and account management. This is a hands-on position designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in-store to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Build relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Learn and implement effective sales presentations and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales results and assist leadership in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet performance targets and company goals.
