Event Marketing Assistant

About the Position:

We're seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our team as  Event Marketing Assistants. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting products and building brand awareness through live, in-store events. You'll engage directly with shoppers, demonstrate products, and create a fun and memorable customer experience that drives interest and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of client brands by initiating conversations with shoppers and showcasing featured products.

• Deliver product demonstrations and explain key features to encourage customer interest and participation.

• Foster positive working relationships with retail personnel to ensure event success.

• Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback to help improve future campaigns.

• Uphold brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or event promotions is helpful but not required.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to proactively approach and speak with customers.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced store environment.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
