Event Marketing Assistant

About the Position:
We're seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Assistants. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting products and building brand awareness through live, in-store events. You'll engage directly with shoppers, demonstrate products, and create a fun and memorable customer experience that drives interest and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of client brands by initiating conversations with shoppers and showcasing featured products.
Deliver product demonstrations and explain key features to encourage customer interest and participation.
Foster positive working relationships with retail personnel to ensure event success.
Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback to help improve future campaigns.
Uphold brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or event promotions is helpful but not required.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to proactively approach and speak with customers.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced store environment.
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
