Job overview:

We are seeking highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist's to join our sales team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through in-store canvassing and prospecting. Your primary goal is to identify and qualify potential customers, increasing sales opportunities for our business. This role is an entry level opportunity for hungry entrepreneurs to learn. We work as a team, have a great time doing it. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and has a passion for both sales and marketing. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport with clients.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless sales process and meet sales targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
