Salary Range:  $60,000 - $72,000 year

We are looking for a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As a CSR, you will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty.

The job:

The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to meet with current and potential customers, secure new business accounts, and drive revenue on behalf of our Home Improvement client. The Customer Service Representative will act as the face of our company. As one of the most essential entry level positions in our firm, you will provide accurate and up-to-date product information, deliver solutions to customer problems, and ensure a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend face to face meetings with current and potential customers.
  • Respond to inquiries about products and services.
  • Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify growth opportunities for both new and existing accounts.
  • Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of brand and product developments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and natural leadership ability.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
