Alamo City Telecommunications, a leader in the telecommunication industry, is excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Marketing position in our dynamic marketing team. As we continue to expand our operations and refine our marketing strategies, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join us. This is a Full-Time position located at our main office in San Antonio, TX. Prospective candidates should note that this is Not a Remote Job and requires physical presence at our office. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and marketing opportunities.
  • Participate in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports to be reviewed by the marketing team and management.
  • Interact with clients and vendors to establish strong relationships and ensure cohesive business operations.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings with insightful analysis and feedback on market conditions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in the coordination of events, such as trade shows, conferences, and meetings relevant to the company’s mission and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of the latest trends in marketing including digital marketing innovations and competitor practices.
  • Support various day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • No prior marketing experience required; however, any internship or experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth within the marketing industry.
