If you’re a Journeyman or Master Electrician who understands residential solar and wants to get paid per project instead of per hour, keep reading — this role will be filled quickly.
Pay per deal (not hourly) – compensation increases with experience

Most electricians never get access to deal-based compensation on an EPC doing serious volume. We’re opening this up once, and only to qualified professionals.
Supporting residential solar EPC projects
Reviewing, approving, or stamping work (based on license level)
Collaborating remotely with engineering and project teams
Handling multiple projects efficiently in a streamlined system
This is not field labor. This is experience-driven value, paid accordingly.
Journeyman Electrician or higher (Master preferred)
Solar experience required
Must reside within an 8-hour drive of Washington, DC
Active license in good standing
Comfortable working remotely and handling volume
Reliable, responsive, and professional
Pay per deal
Rate based on experience and licensing
