We are driven by creating safer communities by developing community outreach campaigns, increasing awareness, and driving client engagement metrics.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our cause as a Client Engagement Associate to help us connect with local communities, promote our services, and engage with potential clients through meaningful and positive interactions. In this role, the Client Engagement Associate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, supporting sales campaigns, and contributing to the growth of our client.
The exciting things the Client Engagement Associate will be responsible for:
Represent the company when interacting with potential customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating awareness about pest control services and advantages for the betterment of the community.
Evaluate leads based on the potential to qualify as a customer, scheduling consultations to explain the sales process and ensure a seamless procedure, from initial contact to post-procedure, to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist in executing sales and community outreach campaigns, designed to increase company visibility and brand awareness.
Follow up with customers after pest control procedures to ensure a positive sales experience, increase customer satisfaction, and foster repeat business.
Educate residents on pest control prevention and treatment options, identifying the opportunity to drive sales, tailoring solutions to their needs, and creating a positive brand experience.
The ideal candidate for the Client Engagement Associate will be a professional, outgoing, and personable individual. Other qualifications and skills we are looking for are:
0-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as retail sales, customer service, and account management.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to different situations and personalities accordingly.
You can confidently convey information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
You are willing and interested in expanding your knowledge in customer service, community outreach campaigns, sales strategies, and business development.
You are friendly, patient, and professional, thriving in providing solutions to customers and creating long-lasting, meaningful relationships.
You collaborate with other Client Engagement Associates, sharing best practices and achieving the company’s sales goals.
