We are looking for a skilled and dedicated plumber to join us in a full-time, onsite capacity. The position is non-remote, requiring the prospective employee to be based at our local office and various job sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect, install, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial environments.
  • Analyze plumbing problems effectively and propose accurate solutions.
  • Install and maintain water heaters, and other appliances in homes and offices, ensuring compliance with
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems, and perform diagnostic
  • Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating with customers about their issues, and advocating for effective solutions.
  • Participate in training and other forms of development to stay current on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 3 years in light commercial and residential service plumbing.
  • Full-time availability, including occasionally being on call for emergencies and weekend schedules.
  • Deep knowledge of state and local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
  • Familiarity with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
  • Customer-focused attitude with proficiency in delivering high-quality service for client satisfaction.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and practices necessary in the plumbing sector.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects without sacrificing quality.
