Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Business Development Representative to help us expand our reach and connect with individuals and families in need of financial protection. In this role, you will generate new business, engage with warm leads, and promote life insurance solutions through phone, email, and virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through calls, messages, and virtual meetings
Identify client needs and explain insurance options in a consultative manner
Follow up with leads and guide them through the application process
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Meet performance targets while building lasting client relationships
Collaborate with leadership and contribute to team growth strategies
