Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to resolve product or service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement effective sales techniques to achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer customized solutions to customers.
- Ensure customer feedback is communicated to the management team to enhance product and service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to drive team goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve sales and service skills.
- Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales outcomes to management.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to foster relationship building and repeat business.
- Manage multiple customer accounts effectively, prioritizing needs and organizing daily tasks efficiently.
- Uphold company standards and contribute to the company’s image in all external engagements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and manage independent responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make swift, effective decisions.
- A persuasive and confident approach to sales opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
