Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to develop strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle - from initial client engagement to closing sales, including drafting proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to ensure the inflow of new clients while upholding positive long-term partnerships.
  • Host presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute compelling sales campaigns and promotional activities designed to increase customer engagement and conversions.
  • Regularly report on sales results and strategize improvements as needed with the senior management team.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members to enhance their skills and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and handle complex client issues with the aim of improving account retention and minimizing churn.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to serve as a well-informed point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to bolster industry presence and cultivate beneficial connections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a senior or executive role, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, essential for securing profitable deals and for effective internal and external communication.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm, with a consistent drive to pursue new business opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies in response to business needs.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Adeptness in using CRM software and other sales-enabling technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance customer interactions.
  • Commitment to continuous education and professional development in sales and leadership competencies.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job and to participate in out-of-hours meetings or events.
