Duties and Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to ensure the inflow of new clients while upholding positive long-term partnerships.
- Host presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute compelling sales campaigns and promotional activities designed to increase customer engagement and conversions.
- Regularly report on sales results and strategize improvements as needed with the senior management team.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members to enhance their skills and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and handle complex client issues with the aim of improving account retention and minimizing churn.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in a senior or executive role, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
