Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the agency's standards.
  • Understand client needs and develop plans to address them with timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Marketing and Sales, to improve the entire client experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing clients and collaborate with sales teams to reach prospective clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and transactions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to forecast revenue and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client preferences to ensure relevant advisories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Associate or a similar role in sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software expertise, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Experience with customer account management, achieving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in conducting market analysis and developing strategic business plans based on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • High motivation and target-driven attitude with a record for surpassing sales quotas.
