Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, establishing strong relationships and maintaining frequent contact.
  • Analyze client needs and develop strategies tailored to their business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that achieve client objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables from initiation to completion, ensuring they adhere to budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance on an ongoing basis, providing clients with regular updates and reports.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance service provision and business growth.
  • Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the agency's high standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to offer insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate progress towards client goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company products and services to effectively manage your portfolio.
  • Lead internal briefings to share client insights and define project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations and company policies throughout your activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role in a marketing/advertising firm.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage directly with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the aptitude to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
