Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Understand client needs and develop plans and strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Execute comprehensive client communication plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage analytics and metrics to report on campaign success and deliver on client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and project management teams to enhance client projects.
  • Prepare reports on account status and maintain clear and comprehensive client records.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to enhance networking and professional growth.
  • Lead and mentor members within the sales teams, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or advertising sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a knack for persuasive client presentations.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising procedures and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Design is a plus.
